Orders & Shipping


1. How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction. Orders typically take 5-10 business days to be produced and then 3-7 business days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.


3. Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.


4. What shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable and fast delivery.


5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately through our Contact Page. Once an order has been sent to production, we can’t make changes.


Returns & Exchanges


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all Wicked Dark products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a defect or issue with your order, contact us through our Contact Page, and we’ll make it right.


7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us through our Contact Page with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.

8. What materials are your products made from?

Our apparel is made from high-quality cotton and polyester blends, ensuring durability and comfort. Each product page includes detailed material information.


9. How do I choose the right size?

Check out our Size Guide linked on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.


10. How should I wash my Wicked Dark apparel?

For the best longevity:

- Turn garments inside out before washing

- Machine wash cold with similar colors

- Do not bleach

- Do not iron directly on the design

- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
